Nursing Up Ausl Romagna Press Release:
Published today on the Ausl Romagna intranet - industrial relations, the complete list of signed agreements available to all employees. Now no one can say "there are no company guidelines."
Details on the topic of POA and coverage of sudden absences for the June-September period.
The territorial DITs have been mandated to provide comprehensive information to all coordinators, *button 9 will be activated on the time clock* to directly certify the payment method.
It will be retroactive to June 1st so the DITs will have to certify all cases in which the operator covered the sudden absence
Below are the key points of the agreement:
1) meanwhile, the recruitment starting immediately of 189 healthcare workers and 70 OSS on a permanent basis for the summer strengthening of wards and services has meant that the company has to resort to fewer additional service packages, which remain at the same rate as last year, €32 for night and holidays and €29 for daytime*ATTENTION* these are the POAs linked to the need, always on a voluntary basis, to cover shifts already known to the nursing management (e.g. parental leave, 104, long injuries, long illnesses ...) during the summer period!
2) HERE'S THE NEWS recognition for an additional shift linked exclusively to covering sudden absences (June - September) within 24 hours with €50/hour for healthcare staff and €30/hour for OSS staff and ambulance drivers for a total amount of €2,500,000. Such an agreement has never been made before; they are setting up a specific clocking button precisely for immediate activation by the payroll office for this type of payment.
3) enhancement for the winter period (October 2024-March 2025) for staff who on a voluntary basis make themselves available to return to work to cover sudden absences with a token of €70 + overtime for healthcare staff and €35 + overtime for OSS staff.
