




We have received a press release for Ausl Romagna and employees of the sector SUBJECT: application of Regional Resolution No. 620 of 15.04.2024. Immediate implementation of the provisions contained regarding the reduction of waiting lists. In the last public bargaining session, the Nursing Up delegation was astonished to learn that, with the summer period already underway, it is still unknown what hourly compensation will be paid for the POA (Additional Hourly Services) for all professionals who have made themselves available to perform them! Therefore, it was right, as the only one to raise the question, for this union to do so, both regarding the reduction of waiting lists and, in the same way, to address any need for continuity of care! In the self-praise highlighted by the General Management regarding the hiring on permanent contracts of a number of operators higher than the vacant positions that will be created by the end of 2024, it spontaneously arises the reflection that, given the number of staff available, there will probably be a need for a smaller "package" of hours such as POA. Therefore, in addition to the request mentioned above, we ask for the update of the hourly monetary rates paid in POA to €50.00!
