The working and economic conditions of healthcare professionals are collapsing. We are tired of being underpaid, exploited, and ignored. It's time to make our voices heard at the political and national level!

For this reason, the group "NURSES OUT OF THE SECTOR" is trying to organize a spontaneous protest.

To be effective and united, we need your opinion, your experience, and your ideas.

I ask you to fill out a form that is open to all colleagues: nurses, midwives, technicians, physiotherapists, OSS, others and all students.

Your answers will help us to:

• Understand how to move in the most effective way
• Define the best strategy for the protest
• Create a strong and united group.

We are tired of suffering and complaining.

Nurses deserve:

• A salary increase of at least 500 euros net per month, to bring it to the OECD average.
• Recognition of the strenuous profession.
• Full payment of the exclusivity allowance.
• Respect for holidays and rest periods.
• More staff to lighten the workload.
• Safe and peaceful working environments.

In the new CCNL, they even talk about 60 euros net: a pittance! We can no longer accept these crumbs nor the current working conditions and rights, enough.
