We are publishing a press release from Nursing Up Romagna: THE STAFF SHORTAGE CANNOT BE SOLVED BY SQUEEZING WORKERS WITH ADDITIONAL SHIFTS USING THEIR OWN MONEY! Update on the request for on-call activations for sudden absences. Our legal office is already working to understand if there is any anti-union conduct that can be prosecuted for having unilaterally activated this decision, which was the result only of discussion at the joint innovation table and, unfortunately, with the support of CGIL, CISL, Nursind, who on that occasion expressed a favorable opinion on the general framework of on-call shifts (see minutes). NURSING UP, in the coming days, will issue a press release in the newspapers and is considering a demonstration in front of the legal headquarters of Ausl Romagna in Ravenna. We hope that other unions will move in the same way (see UIL) and perhaps we can find shared actions and join forces to make our voice louder We hope that all colleagues who are members of the unions that expressed a favorable opinion will flood their respective union representatives with phone calls to ask for clarification.
