Yesterday, November 8, two important experimental agreements for 2023 were reached with the company, guaranteeing equal opportunities to all employees who meet the requirements.

The so-called corporate welfare was launched, an article already mentioned in the old CCNL 2016-18 and further improved in the new collective agreement, article 89 of the CCNL November 2, 2022.
These are two measures linked to income support, as reimbursement for expenses incurred both for nurseries/kindergartens for preschool children, and to provide a response to all those employees assigned to workplaces far from their homes, in order to limit costs related to high energy prices.
NURSERY/KINDERGARTEN SUPPORTIn the first case, the period August 2022/August 2023 will be considered with a unit amount of €500 to be paid by June 2023, through the preparation of a specific ranking for each area (except Rimini, which already has previous agreements with the municipality and the province)The commitment with the company is to find further solutions to support income even for those who are not parents, always within the parameters of the aforementioned contractual article.
WORK-LIFE BALANCE HARDSHIPFor the hardship related to the home/work distance, the company will provide a kilometer mapping of the distances, both considering the same work area (e.g. Cesenatico Bagno di Romagna) and considering the distance between different work areas (e.g. Cesena Forlimpopoli), also defining which are the most disadvantaged locations in the area.After that, it will be necessary to decide how to assess a "kilometric cut off" and consequently how to economically quantify the various amounts that will have to be agreed upon for the hardship, with the bonus to be used by March 2023.For this specific agreement, we at Nursing Up Romagna feel directly involved given the battle fought also for area mobility, which will be addressed at the next meeting on November 16 thanks to our pressure, which has meanwhile led to the extension of the old rankings' deadlines, and then this further support for the work hardship of many operators who have to travel several kilometers to reach their workplace was also created.
