Art. 41 of the new CCNL 2010 - 2021 deals with gender transition.
The Administrations, in a climate of equal dignity, with the aim of protecting the psycho-physical well-being of transgender workers, recognize an alias identity to the employee who requests it through the signing of a confidential confidentiality agreement.
Companies undertake to create an inclusive work environment, inspired by the founding value of equal human dignity of people, eliminating situations of discomfort for those who intend to change their name and identity in the expression of their gender self-determination.
The alias identity will be used for the identification badge, email credentials, the nameplate on the office door, any shift schedule tables displayed in common areas, as well as work uniforms corresponding to the person's chosen gender and the possibility of using gender-neutral changing rooms and restrooms, if available, or those corresponding to the worker's gender identity.
All documentation that has strictly personal relevance (pay slip, disciplinary measures, etc.) remains unchanged
