Art. 48 Time Bank
For those who use the Time Bank, any request for payment, in order for it to take place within the year, must be submitted by November 15 of the same year.
The hours accrued may be requested by each worker either as pay or as compensatory rest, excluding bonuses, which in relation to the accrued hours are paid the month following the work performed.
The company makes it possible to use the hours as compensatory rest taking into account the technical, organizational, and service needs with reference to the timing, duration, and number of workers simultaneously allowed to use them.
The postponement is agreed upon between the head of the department and the employee.
