This will bring the total amount to about €2,000,000, an excellent result considering that the initial company proposal was only €700,000. Great success achieved! Income support - Canteen service: The canteen service project has been extended with further funding until July 15, 2025. Sudden absences (period from December 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025): In case of recall within 3 days from the scheduled date, remuneration will be at the already existing summer rates: €50/hour for healthcare staff and €30/hour for OSS and ambulance drivers. From February 1, 2025: Use of institutional POAs (company budget funds) in case the additional staff is already engaged in shift work. Company commitment for 2025: Strengthening of corporate welfare with the creation of a platform accessible to all employees and a feasibility study for the cumulability of meal vouchers.
