I am convinced that these proposals are superficial solutions that will not solve the structural problems that plague our profession. Honestly, I feel mocked by the institutions, I don't know about you. Wouldn't what I list below be more attractive? I categorically reject the idea that "there is no money". Every year, billions and billions of euros are allocated for expenses that are not always a priority (tanks, planes, submarines, works of dubious usefulness), while for health and for those who protect it, resources are always scarce.
