Nursing Up Bologna Press Release Subject: Immediate application of Regional Resolution No. 620 of 15.04.2024 regarding the reduction of waiting lists, with particular focus on: Increase in the hourly rate for professional services provided outside normal working hours (Additional Hourly Services) in the healthcare sector. The previous public negotiation did not reach a satisfactory agreement for Nursing Up, with a proposal to value additional services at 32 euros considered insufficient. Paragraphs 218 to 222 of the national budget law (paragraph 219) provide for the possibility of increasing the hourly rate for professional services provided outside normal working hours to 50 euros for authorized healthcare professionals. The need to guarantee the continuity of healthcare services requires an increase in additional healthcare services beyond normal working hours. Request: Meeting with the Management of Ausl Bologna to discuss the implementation of Regional Resolution No. 620 of 15.04.2024, with particular regard to the increase in the hourly rate for professional services provided outside normal working hours, in line with the provisions of the national budget law (paragraph 219).
