Politicians, healthcare managers, every day they fill us with false expectations, false slogans, making the population believe that the working environment of healthcare professionals is healthy and in good shape.

Slogans like "Close to those who care!" Are just empty words. 

Close to whom? If we are trampled on every day in our contractual rights.

Today, healthcare professionals not only can't make it to the twentieth of the month, but the working environment is becoming increasingly toxic. Even the most basic rights are often denied, compensatory shifts, rest, holidays, some colleagues report psychological blackmail, five-year block, often threatened or frightened by continuous disciplinary warnings. Freelance work is denied, even though many politicians boast of having removed the exclusivity constraint.

Let's draw a veil over private healthcare, except for rare exceptions, the situation is indescribable.

We as a union do our best, but without the power of the vote of the unitary union representatives (RSU), it is difficult to do anything. 

Unions are like politics, you need a majority to govern. Doctors are better off than us because their main category union has 51%, Nursing Up does NOT.

At the IRST of Meldola (FC), professionals are asking for the dressing allowance, as required by law.

The few newly hired leave almost immediately, management does not listen to the needs of healthcare professionals.

There are demotions, little staff during the night shift.

Nursing and OSS staff complain of grueling shifts due to chronic staff shortages.

Nursing Up has repeatedly requested a meeting, even through PEC (Certified Electronic Mail) communications, but management even avoids calling us, with an anti-union conduct that sets the country back a hundred years.

Healthcare workers demand respect for their contractual rights, which have been ignored and denied.

After several PECs we have sent, they do not recognize Nursing Up as the most representative union and do not call it to the bargaining table.

We, as Nursing Up, wish to organize a protest demonstration in front of the company's gates, we have also activated our legal office which is ready to intervene.
