Evidently, our note sent to the general management has made them reflect.
During the meeting on Friday (February 24), some aspects related to hour recovery and vacation management were clarified.
The Nursing Management has in fact specified that there is no block on daily hour recovery, but before planning their use, it is necessary to first define a general management of the *36 days of vacation for the current year* by December or at the latest by April of the following year.
So, vacations that must be guaranteed!Based on this planning, it is then *possible to plan hour recovery month by month in shift management* as has always been done.
*The situation that has arisen therefore seems to have been caused by some overly restrictive interpretations adopted by some local nursing managements, which then affected the coordinators.*
