First quick reading of the new payslip.
How have the fixed items changed from 31.12.22 to 01.01.23 without the variables linked to hardship allowances?
Let's take as an example the payslip of a nurse employed since 1991 and in (former PEO) D4 band.


From January 1st the 2019 contractual holiday allowance (item 25) and the equalization element (item 78) are no longer recognized because they are items linked to the old contract and therefore absorbed into the new base salary (tobe tabulated according to the seniority band).
From January the new professional classification linked to the new contract appears.
The tabular salary, in the case of the colleague, is increased by €90.24 (varies according to the former seniority band, in this case D4).
The contractual holiday allowance remains for the new contract period to be renewed 2022 - 2024.
The new item nursing specificity allowance (item 31) of €72.79 appears, obtained thanks to the battles of NURSING UP
Item 608 remains the same.
The new function allowance (base item 620) of €76.92 replaces the old salary item of €71.53 (item 601)
Item 622 corresponds to the old PEO band, in my case the amount refers to the former band 4.


The variable items of the new CCNL will be visible in the March payslip.
