Nursing Up Bologna says no

Nursing Up Bologna says no to the new proposal for internal mobility regulations of Ausl Bologna, does not sign the proposal, considering it unacceptable due to its lack of transparency and the excessive decision-making power of the management.

The union denounces the lack of transparency in the ranking system, which cannot be consulted by all employees applying for mobility. Furthermore, the proposal gives too much discretion to the management, which can decide independently without taking into account the qualifications and wishes of the employee.

Nursing Up calls for a fairer and more transparent internal mobility system, which gives greater weight to qualifications and the wishes of professionals in mobility choices. The union also calls for the debureaucratization of procedures to make the mobility process simpler and more streamlined.
