Libera professione e lavoro occasionale negati, perché?

Le Aziende di molte regioni, tra cui Emilia Romagna, Toscana...

Thanks to the conversion of Decree Law 34/2023 into Law No. 56 of May 26, 2023, many politicians, unions, and colleagues cried victory, a success that bore no fruit.

Companies in many regions, including Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, etc., are refusing to authorize freelance work in favor of private facilities, accredited facilities, individual users, as well as to activate an employment relationship with other public or private facilities.

Reports are coming in that companies are refusing to authorize even occasional work, less than 30 days a year for a maximum of 10,000 euros per year, such as cashiers, babysitters, dog sitters, etc.

The refusal is justified by the lack of implementing document that the regions should send and that would explain to the various companies how to manage everything.

A provisional right that is slow to arrive, Vincenzo Parisi, Nursing Up union leader in Emilia Romagna:

Unfortunately, once again Italy proves to be the queen of bureaucracy in Europe, the anger grows every day.

Nurses, along with all health professionals, are the least considered categories in Italy, and it is not me saying it but the monthly salary, the denied rights such as mobility, occasional work, the right to have a faculty of our own, a single national contract, a single administration just as happens for police, carabinieri, firefighters, there would be less waste and more efficiency...

I reiterate once again that our monthly pay in proportion to European colleagues, to the risks, to the enormous responsibilities, to the cost of living, is unacceptable.

A nurse with a single-income family is forced to go into debt to make it to the end of the month. While the single-income nurse dad in Northern European countries can afford up to two leisure trips a year.

On the other hand, our political and managerial class has the best salaries in the world, on par with their foreign colleagues.

Why?  Come and have your say on "Nurses outside the sector", Facebook group.

On June 15, Nursing Up Emilia Romagna PROTESTS in Bologna, together with Nurses Outside the Sector, together with the Mirko Marzullo movement, we will join the ANAAO ASSOMED union, the most important and strongest doctors' union.

We will all demonstrate together to shout our dissent and try to save this national health system in free fall.

There will be a press review to follow.

Everyone is invited to Bologna at 11:00 a.m., Piazza del Nettuno

LET'S SAVE PUBLIC HEALTHCARE
