Arriva il silenzio/assenso. Libertà a rischio in Italia.

Probabilmente la parola libertà, in Italia, sta passando di moda. 

We are concerned about what is happening to this country, among obligations, threats, and obscure insertions, with mechanisms of silence/consent.

The latest idea, some unions (FP CGIL - CISL FP - UIL FPL - UIL PA - ANMI-ASSOMED SIVEMPFPM - CIDA FC – UNADIS) have signed together with Minister Brunetta, and Prime Minister Draghi, a pact where they manage to insert a supplementary pension fund, which many know, Sirio Perseo, with the silence/consent mechanism. 

We wonder, since there are hundreds of supplementary pension funds, more or less convenient...why this fund and not another? Why penalize other companies, favoring one in particular?

Did we miss something?  

We do not want to discuss the quality of the product, which like all products has advantages and disadvantages. 

But we are convinced that the worker should be free to choose.

Free to get informed, about which is best for their needs, deciding independently on the choice.

We imagine that professionals will not be pleased to hear that someone has decided (in their place) how they will and/or should spend the few pennies left at the end of the month.

Probably the word freedom, in Italy, is going out of fashion. 

We remind our members and readers (almost 200,000, thank you!) that all annuities and capital invested risk being victims of the uncertainties of the financial market and consequently there may be the risk, despite the guarantee formulas proposed, that something may be lost.  

One more reason to decide to get informed and make mistakes with your own hands and not with those of others...  

For the record and as information, the employees concerned, will be those already in service at the date of signing the Agreement hired after January 1, 2019 (and, therefore, starting from January 2, 2019).
The rule provides that within sixty days from the signing of the Agreement, the administrations must provide the workers in question with detailed information, through a personal communication and in such a way as to guarantee the certainty of the date of receipt - with specific and explicit reference to joining by silence-consent and to the related deadline, after which enrollment takes place.
The workers can expressly state their intention not to join
as provided by the rule in force.
The worker enrolled without an express declaration of intent, has thirty days to withdraw, at no cost and without having to provide any reason.

“Always be, in every circumstance and in front of everyone, a free person and to be so be ready to pay any price.”
